Laura started dancing at age 16 at Lee Academy on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia. After studying dance for 5 years, Laura successfully auditioned for NICA (National Institute of Circus Arts). Here Laura trained in acrobatics, handstands, contortion, trapeze, aerial silks, web & corde lisse.
In 2006 Laura was offered her first professional contract, working for Tokyo Disneyland in Japan. After living in Japan for 8 months, Laura returned home for a short time before leaving to travel to Miami to begin rehearsals for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. Laura was casted to perform as a dancer & aerialist onboard the Liberty of the Seas, which was the newest & largest cruise ship in the world at the time.
In 2008 Laura was invited to be in the inaugural cast for the Ruby Princess (Princess cruises newest vessel). Onboard the Ruby Laura travelled the Caribbean & the Mediterranean. The following year saw Laura onboard another ship from the Princess fleet- The Diamond Princess- travelling Asia & Alaska.
In late 2009 & 2010 Laura performed for various corporate events in Sydney & LA.
More recently Laura successfully auditioned for Norwegian Cruise Line to perform onboard the spectacular Norwegian Jade. As dance captain Laura was required to conduct rehearsals to keep the shows looking their absolute best!
Laura’s passion for health & fitness, has seen her complete her studies in Cert. III in Fitness & her Cert. IV in Personal Training with the Australian Institute of Fitness.
